3. Account Security

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify our support team. The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account. Whin BD will not be liable for any losses resulting from third-party access.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Whin BD processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka. We support Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers. Full details on all payment methods are available on the payments page.
Deposit
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳10.
- No processing fee is charged on deposits.
- Deposits are generally processed instantly.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.
Withdrawal
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
- Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are applicable once only and exclusively to eligible accounts.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly – it becomes withdrawable only after the required wagering amount has been met.
- Wagering requirements are generally 30–50x the bonus amount.
- Bonuses must be used within the specified time after being claimed, or they will expire.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same device or IP address.
- Whin BD reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
Important: Bonus abuse — including multiple accounts, false information, or exploiting system vulnerabilities — will be treated as fraud and may result in account termination.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and games on Whin BD are governed by specific rules. Bets cannot be cancelled once a game has started. In the event of a technical disruption, Whin BD will make a decision based on the circumstances.
- All game outcomes are determined by RNG and audited by a third party.
- If a connection is lost during an active game session, the game result will be saved on the server.
- We reserve the right to correct any incorrect payout resulting from a software error or display issue.
- If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
- If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
7. Prohibited Activities

- Registering an account using another person's identity.
